At FreshX, we work hard to deliver a product we’re proud of - but sometimes things don’t go to plan. If that happens, we’ll do everything we can to put it right.
Our Promise
We accept refund requests within 30 days of purchase.
My FreshX order arrived damaged or faulty
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@freshx.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo or video showing the fault
Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
My FreshX order hasn’t arrived
If your order is missing, get in touch at hello@freshx.co.uk with your order number and we’ll investigate right away. If we can’t locate it, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
I’m not happy with my FreshX purchase
We always want our customers to have a great experience, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations.
